Our newest program allows you to collaboratively work with your therapist to design and plan your own treatment. This could include a combination of self-study and therapy or therapy check-ins to keep you on track to your goals. This is a hybrid model of therapy where each session is 30 minutes, and we address a specific goal. It can be ongoing for one goal if we are addressing various barriers to this goal, or it can be a new goal each time. It can be time-limited or long-term.
Your therapist is aware of the evidence base for addressing goals in this way, so you will be advised by an expert on how to address and proceed with therapy in the most effective way. In order for your concerns to be addressed with this type of therapy, they must be mild-moderate but not severe.
